Individual Therapy
(Teens & Young Adults - Middle School → College)
Therapy with me is a safe, judgment-free space to talk about what’s going on in your life. In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and focus on what’s most important to you.
Sessions are all about real conversations, figuring out patterns, and learning practical skills you can actually use every day. We might laugh, vent, or even joke along the way. I bring in evidence-based tools to help manage stress, anxiety, big emotions, and boost confidence. I’ll also gently challenge thoughts or habits that might be holding you back—always at your pace and with support.
The goal is to help you feel more in control, confident, and ready to handle whatever life throws at you.
Individual Therapy &
Support for Parents
Parenting can be rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming, especially when your adolescent or teen is struggling. Therapy with me is a safe, nonjudgmental space to talk through stressors, explore concerns, reflect on your parenting approach, and build strategies that actually work.
Individual parent sessions can focus on parenting challenges or on your own personal growth and well-being.
In our sessions, we’ll focus on:
Understanding your adolescent or teen needs and behaviors
Managing stress, worry, and self-doubt as a parent
Building confidence in your parenting decisions
Developing practical communication and support strategies
Supporting your personal goals, self-reflection, and emotional well-being
I provide guidance, evidence-based tools, and a supportive space to help you feel more confident, connected, and empowered—both in your parenting journey and in your personal growth.
Family Therapy (optional)
Family therapy sessions are offered only as an optional complement for clients already working individually or in parent sessions. These sessions are not intended as long-term therapy for the whole family. Instead, they provide a structured space for a family member to join if an individual client wishes to address specific concerns, improve communication, or work on patterns that affect their progress.
Sessions focus on:
Strengthening communication and understanding
Resolving specific conflicts or stressors
Supporting healthy boundaries and problem-solving
Reinforcing skills learned in individual therapy
Telehealth Therapy
Telehealth makes it easier to access support from wherever you feel most comfortable. Sessions are held through a secure, confidential video platform, allowing you to meet in a private space that works best for you. You can expect a supportive, relaxed environment where we focus on your needs and work together on practical tools to support your well-being. Telehealth offers flexibility while maintaining your privacy and quality of care.
