Meet Your Therapist
Hi, my name is Tanya Edwards. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over seven years of experience supporting individuals through a variety of life challenges. I have three years of experience providing therapy to individuals across various age groups. My work has included supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, chronic stress, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, school avoidance, and family issues.

My current clinical focus is working with teens and adults ages 13 and older who are experiencing anxiety, stress, and the lasting effects of trauma. I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens and hold specialized training and certification in trauma-informed care. I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and grounded in safety, helping clients build emotional regulation skills, strengthen coping strategies, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for them.
